I am a real estate development and planning professional committed to building healthy, affordable communities that respect place, culture, and the environment. I have an extensive range of experience directly related to all types of development, design, and construction. Most recently at Trinity Financial, Inc. and previously at The Community Builders, I have been responsible for managing mixed-use and affordable real estate development projects from property scouting and acquisition through construction, lease-up and sales of completed units. Duties typically include conducting feasibility analysis, financial analysis, identification and application of funding sources, schematic architectural design, selection and management of the development team, management of construction, and management of lease-up, or sale. In addition to my primary work, I successfully started a new development company, TwoFifty, LLC, and completed The Grant Building in Downtown Pawtucket, Rhode Island, an adaptive reuse of an historic former WT Grant Department Store into a mixed-use collaborative design and retail space, with apartments on the second floor.
