More specifically, this includes, but is not limited to: supervising the maintenance of tools & fleet, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, coaching of all field staff and implementing systems to ease work flow leading to increased.

• Supervise the maintenance of a variety of tools to maintain the high quality service at 96%.
• Mentor new employees on service tools, providing a basic understanding of how the tool functions, the electrical development of tools, as well as, safety awareness.
• Train employees on computer programs to run such tools.
• Delegate responsibilities to field technicians to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Provide on- call assistance for field technicians.

• Complete field jobs (SAGD, perforating, pipe recovery, cased hold logging, calliper, seismic, camera, etc.) to a high standard.
• Extensive knowledge of tools provided by company to maximize efficacy
• Ability to trouble-shoot operational challenges on site.
• Facilitation of client relationships at all project levels.
