• Involved in all aspects of the heating and cooling for the hospital complex, including, but not limited to, maintain air handlers, adjust or replace belts and sheaves, perform routine maintenance of motors and drive fans, rebuild and replace water and glycol pumps, and troubleshoot pneumatic issues with thermostats and water control valves. • Perform, as needed, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance for the hospital, hospital staff and patients, including, but not limited to, the following: general plumbing repairs and electrical issues, repair and maintain industrial freezers and refrigerators, repair or replace exhaust fans, and replace air filters when needed.
