With a Master's degree in Automotive & Mobility Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management with a focus on the automotive industry, I bring not only sound academic knowledge, but also extensive practical experience from renowned companies such as VARTA, Bugatti and Porsche.In my current position as Ramp-Up Manager at VARTA AG - V4Drive, I manage complex projects in the field of high-performance lithium-ion battery cells and support the development of innovative strategies for series production. My passion for technological innovation and process optimisation is reflected in my research work on the further development of Industry 4.0 and lean management systems.My drive is to develop solutions that not only increase efficiency, at the same time making a sustainable contribution to the mobility of the future.
