My practice focuses on tax litigation, and I act regularly in complex commercial disputes and cases involving novel questions of constitutional and comparative law. I have acted in and pled before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Quebec Court of Appeal, and numerous trial-level courts and tribunals across Canada and beyond. I have also authored or co-authored articles on a wide range of legal topics that have been cited by the Supreme Court of Canada and other courts.
