• Responsible for the overall expansion of the company via denovo growth, mergers & acquisitions, and joint ventures. • Responsible for 4 field based sales reps throughout the Dallas/Ft. • Responsible for facility growth, same store (equipment upgrades and additions), M&A. Joint Ventures and Denovo, for Preferred Imaging.• Structured, presented and closed the acquisition of the outstanding minority interest in 8 physician JV imaging centers. This acquisition, just above $20m, represented nearly $10m/yr in revenue and improved our position with investors and lenders.

• Responsible for revenue growth across all offerings of the company, which includes outpatient imaging centers, surgery centers, toxicology labs, and pharmacies through several structures and business models. In charge of all aspects of the development process including but not limited to, due diligence, modeling, presentation, negotiation, construction, opening, and ROI analysis/reporting. Report directly to President.• Achieved unparalleled imaging growth through 6 physician JVs, 4 acquisitions (6 sites) and 2 Childrens hospital JVs representing over 2/3rds of the company’s overall imaging offering. • Developed 2 surgery centers that housed 12 physician JV partnerships with anesthesiologist, pain management doctors, and orthopedic and spine surgeons. • Successfully developed and opened a physician JV toxicology lab and a physician owned pharmacy located in Dallas. Provided territory analysis and examination, resulting in the addition of numerous partners.• Company-wide EBITDA growth increased by over $20m per year from 2009 to 2013.• Recognized in 2012 as the Preferred Medical Holdings employee of the year.• Successfully strengthened business relations with key physicians and practice staff, through ongoing relationships with current and potential partners.

• Responsible for managing and developing an assigned territory of physicians. Focused not only on maintaining business within a territory but growing new business within the region. Achieved the highest level of client satisfaction by listening, communicating and problem solving issues and concerns. Interacted well with Preferred clinic staff to ensure quality care and service.• Assisted in the development, opening and training of a physician JV imaging center in Grapevine. This project, which included over 20 physician investors, would go on to be the most successful opening to-date, achieving a cash on cash ROI in the first quarter of operation.
