2022As the BDM for VROC AI I am tasked with introducing Internet of Things, Governance, ESG Projections and engineered solutions with Artificial Intelligence to reduce unnecessary workload and improve accuracy. As an IT expert my mission is to help develop intelligent algorithms capable of learning, analysing and predicting future events. I currently specialise in different areas of AI such as Machine Learning and Deep Learning. Machine Learning is based on algorithms and decision trees, while Deep Learning is based on neural networks.In the Smart City Division, I provide solutions for improving and optimising power, gas and HVAC usage. Automation of tedious tasks, big data solutions, predictive maintenance, analytics, IoT device recommendations and much more.I begin by figuring out the industry’s ecosystem, mapping the space and estimating which target market may be able to leverage the product and service offering. As a BDM I develop Business models and revenue models with the VROC team and exploring potential custom relationships with other companies with which a mutually beneficial relationship might be derived and technological advancement that helps government, citizens and the environment.PAST:I spent the first 3 years of my working life as an CCTV Technician and also built DVR's and PC based Servers. I have been in the CCTV industry for over 7 years now, working in sales and technical support for major and minor CCTV companies that pioneered HD high-definition CCTV and IP Network FHD CCTV as well as standard analogue CCTV equipment. Following that I worked as a BDM for 6 years building business and meeting KPI’s. My last role I was solutions engineer which entailed meeting KPI’s, engineering solutions, presentations and high-level interface and integrations. I specialise in solutions from your everyday analogue solution to your high scale HD multi-site IP network solution. I am known for providing solutions for the projects that are to complex and complicated for anyone else.After years of experience, I now have excelled in business development and customer relations. I have had the chance to do presentations and demonstrations Infront of companies and directors for product selection. I uphold great repour with customers which in turn helps me hit targets and increase revenue for the company I'm with.
