Manage a team of senior loan syndication professionals to generate Lead Left (Admin Agent) and Joint Lead Right transactions. Work with business lines to originate, structure and syndicate loans as Lead Left (Admin Agent) or Joint Lead Right. Evaluate and advise companies on appropriate debt capital structures including syndication loans (bank and term loan B), mezzanine debt, and fixed income (investment grade and high yield bonds). Additionally, work to identify and prospect for all other capital markets products provided by the bank. Direct coverage industries: middle market companies (southern California region) for both private equity sponsor and non-sponsor owned, casino gaming (tribal and commercial casinos), and large corporate companies.

Senior associate supporting senior loan syndicators on sponsor leveraged buyouts, oil & gas syndicated transactions, and west coast mid corporate transactions.
