• Relocated to NY in March 2021 to help grow our existing NY tech business, 2 promotions in 2 years, numerous awards.• Titles hired: Senior/Lead/Staff Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Senior Engineering Managers, Directors of Engineering, VPs of Engineering.• Locations: Primarily businesses HQ’d in New York, NY, but have placed into teams spread across CA, WA and MA. • Network: Built a client contact base standing at approx. 4000 contacts, candidate base stands at around 2500 within JavaScript and Python domains (frontend and backend software engineering in NYC).• Target clients: Focused on building a network and client base around NYC based CTOs/VPs/Directors of Engineering at tech startups of all sizes and public organizations typically up to around 4000 people in size (with the occasional business at companies like AT&T for example). • Signed new client contracts with 30+ Series A-F start-ups and public organizations (AT&T, Shutterstock, subsidiaries of Meta), at height scheduling 3+ new client meetings/week back-to-back. In the past year with the tech market having slowed, I am still signing 1-2 new clients/month, and have converted new business in the last 1 month.
