Project Manager in a functional organization where I receive the Voice and Data engineering support from the respective managers and the installation technicians from their managers and provide the deliverables to the client. Work along side other Project Managers when projects require installation support. Point of contact for multiple projects taking place throughout the State Department's 44 Annex buildings.

Responsible for providing technical and administrative support, directly to client, to resolve customer support issues and services as they relate to Remote Access monitoring, performance, Server and User Account AdministrationCreation of SOPs for uniformed operation in newly established service center in main stateHandle advanced Windows NT/2000/2003 server and client operating system related trouble calls, such as those concerning login errors, mail connectivity, trusts, wide area connectivity, name resolution issues, and server problems. -Responsible for identifying, analyzing, coordinating and implementing operations improvement in the areas of sales, marketing, innovation and inventory control:• Initiated strategic plan for growth in Credit Card sales that netted a 76% increase in applications, and an additional $52,000 in monthly revenue.• Developed strategies to eliminate clearance/margin draining computers, effectively moving 90% of the inventory. Establishing an 11% baseline of clearance to active inventory.-Perform manager on duty role dealing with 700 to 2000 clients a day and 90 employees with various issues and complaints.-Accountable for complete customer experience encompassing sales, services, and follow up.-Manage service operations (recruiting and staffing of store, inventory management, scheduling over 90 employees, work assignments and retention) for a store exceeding its budgeted $1.3M a month.-Responsibilities have included district wide initiatives to analyze multiple stores and give management and district leaders’ feedback• Resulted in an 84% increase in Credit Card applications and $212,237 in net operating profit.-Spearheaded “Next Generation” training of associates to achieve promotion and help retention. As of January 1, 2009, 100% of participants were still with company and 60% had been promoted.-Responsible for staffing and recruiting through Unicru system. Contacting potential candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting first and second level interviews, and determining candidates fit within the company.
