Managed the planning, requirements, design, development, quality assurance and implementation of several Web-Based applications.Responsible for the management of multiple baseline support and development teams associated with the various MEM Systems.Coordinated the work for a team of 18 resources which included issue resolution, enhancement releases and a 24/7 support rotation.Developed cost estimates for each year's Annual Operating Plan IT projects. Managed the architectural design, software development and implementation of the first wireless Handheld Computer (ePAD) and associated ePAD application utilized at Pepsi developed in Visual C++, Windows CE OS and SQL. Developed detailed cost estimates and managed a multi-million dollar budget associated with the ePAD Project.

Led the implementation of the PowerBuilder/Sybase based Customer Equipment Tracking System (CETS) nationwide to over 4000 users. The CETS Application tracks Parts, Equipment, Service Orders and Move Orders.Developed and coordinated the rollout schedule, "Go-Live" activities and implementation which spanned approximately 1 year. Ensured IT team members were on-site at Customer Equipment Service Representative (CESR) Centers to provide support, troubleshoot and resolve issues immediately.

Worked closely with several Third Party Vendors to design, develop, heavily test and implement the first automated wireless transfer of data at Pepsi. Coordinated the testing of wireless coverage across the country to ensure the best wireless vendor was utilized for each area of the country.Designed, developed and implemented solutions to make the data cleanup and conversion process more effective, accurate and efficient utilizing UNIX Shell Scripts, SQL and Progress Software.Developed "adhoc" software in SQL and Progress to obtain information necessary to analyze the data associated with the data cleanup and data conversion.
