Trinity Pharmaco-Solutions, LLC (TPS) was founded to improve the lives of patients suffering from chronic wounds while simultaneously reducing costs to the managed care system. TPS has leveraged access to an advanced biologic single application FDA 510k cleared extracellular matrix in order to revolutionize the world of wound care within the managed care environment. TPS works with payors to create condition-based bundle payment arrangements designed to drastically reduce the cost of healing diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers and hospital acquired pressure ulcers; thus changing the way that wound care is delivered. We provide patients with access to a higher standard of care at cost levels well below that of routine wound care, creating a true win-win rarely seen in modern managed care.

Leading all national contracting initiatives for the INC. 500's fasting growing company (2019) with a 7,100%+ 3 year growth rate; assisting with national growth strategies; coordinating creative national contracting strategies; maintaining payor relationships across 18+ service funds; reigning in cost control measures to support a population of 282k+ covered medical lives; coordinating with approx. 150 wholly owned medical center assets and MSOs; and participating in national and statewide expansion efforts spanning 8 states, inclusive of DCE initiatives.

TurningPoint was created to provide payors with a solution for managing the spend on high cost implantable devices such as: orthopaedic implants, cardiac implantable devices, and neuro-stimulators. Lynch co-founded this company and was heavily involved in roll-out implementation, and sales pipeline development of insurance payors. We likewise created a voluminous FDA recall database to allow payors to reduce financial exposure for repeat procedures related to device recalls.

Lynch founded Quantum Care, LLC. It was a Florida Licensed Third Party Administrator that served over 400,000 medical lives in the state of Florida. Quantum Care, LLC provided full service claims / TPA solutions and custom single specialty network solutions to payors and risk providers.

Provided extensive hands-on guidance to this small, NYC-based Medicare Advantage Plan. The focus of the engagement was cost-control implementation and network reconfiguration to better position the Plan to shift from heavy losses to breakeven.

Prior to the sale of these health plans, Lynch worked as an advisor to senior management. He was charged with implementing various hospital renegotiations, capitated risk networks, and related cost control initiatives. Prior to the sale, Lynch contributed to an estimated $20 million + in targeted cost reductions.

Coral Gabes, FLHired to develop contracting strategy and business development plan to turn-around a Medicare Advantage Plan. Authored the strategic plan and roadmap for the Health plan that was losing approx. $18 million at the time of hire and was sold for approx. $450 million within 2.5 years. Responsible for all facets of contracting that led to the herculean turn-around and significant sale. Reported to CEO.

Held various senior level positions in health plan finance and business development, including Regional Director of Finance for Humana's Southeast Region, controlling a multi billion dollar medical expense budget, and also led the Provider Contracting and Network Operations of Humana's South Florida Market, which covered Dade, Broward, Palm Beach counties as well as the Treasure Coast area.

Started as a Financial Examiner in the Administrative Supervision section. This department worked with troubled HMOs, etc. to develop turn-around strategies in order to prevent receivorship instances. Eventually managed the HMO Section for the Bureau of Life and Health Solvency and Market Conduct Review. Was responsible for licensure and ongoing financial oversight of the Florida HMO industry.
