FunctionThis role assists the Head of Compliance/Money Laundering Reporting Officer with managing projects to ensure successful and timely completion. It contributes towards the ongoing and refinement of the Team's Operating Model. It provides support towards the development of Management Information and reporting.

FunctionThis role provides oversight to a team of professionals as part of the Operations London management team. It supports the roll out and management of the organization's strategic plan serving as a liaison between the businesses, Operations, ITI, IS&D, Operational Risk Control, Finance and Audit both locally and globally. It provides overall support to the Operations function including financial control, business strategy, audit and in control framework. Key Responsibilities:Providing analysis, monitoring and solutions of operational activities and risks to facilitate budget management and Operations business initiatives; Serving as a representative for Operations on projects and initiatives;Providing Management Team and COO with accurate and complete information for decision making;Fully executing a comprehensive forecast and budget cycle and review;Providing Financial Control support to entire Operations organization;Embedding strong cost management, providing cost allocation and methodologies to all stakeholders;Operational Risk Champion;Sarbanes-Oxley committee member;Ensuring policies and procedures are in place and current; Managing a team of 2 Enterprise Content Management professionals;Business Continuity Coordinator;Alignment with other Rabobank entities
