Corporate Communications and Corporate Affairs Management for Springfield City Group and the $85bn Greater Springfield City - Communities Building Project - constructing the nation's fastest growing master planned city.

Directed a communications and marketing unit, responsible for B2B and B2C activities for the South East Queensland Water Grid - supervising marketing and external communications for the Queensland State Government's multiple water businesses and regional retail bulk water supply chain in support of $1b in revenue. . Supervised the construct and implementation of strategic external brand awareness and education strategies harnessing both above and below the radar channels and introduced a social media campaign which took the water grid brand to one of the most followed in the social media segment, (QldSG) 2012.. Established and maintained a successful 24/7 media and stakeholder response framework and introduced a suite of cohesive crisis and issues communications protocols across corporate participants in the retail supply chain. . Led the Water Grid's emergency communications response for a significant number of incidents including during the 2011 Brisbane flood, - Wivenhoe and Somerset dam operations. . Chaired the State and Local Governments Communications and Regional Community Relations Working Group for the Wivenhoe and Somerset Dam Operations Optimisation Study.
