As the Co-Founder Director of IRRTC, a company that provides bespoke content to military, emergency services, and security organisations, I have over 20 years of experience in pre-hospital care and vehicle rescue. I am passionate about delivering high-quality education and training in these speciality disciplines, as well as developing educational materials that meet the needs of our clients.In addition to my role at IRRTC, I am also a Consultant and Assessor at Trauma Resus now Gibb Group Medical & Rescue, where I assess the pre-hospital care skills of offshore, remote, and emergency services personnel in the UK. I am a member of the College of Remote and Offshore Medicine Foundation and a former Operational Supervisory Commander at Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service. My mission is to share my knowledge and expertise with others who work in challenging and demanding environments and to help them save lives and prevent injuries.
