Being an all rounded person i managed to acquire skills in registration of new contributers, capturing their forms, ammending dependants, scanning ang printing out cards for them. I also worked in the claims department where we received the claims, captured them into the system,issued out "DOC NUMBERS" before sending them to the auditing department for rebate checking and later on sent to the accounts for further processing etc. The experience was dynamic.
