I live in Washington, D.C. and work as a senior-level corporate attorney. My corporate legal experience is in positions with significant responsibilities across many different industries and practice areas. I am a skilled lawyer in the areas of commercial and international law, labor & employment practice, anti-corruption and compliance, privacy and data protection, artificial intelligence, software/SaaS, and general corporate law. I have worked in Big Tech, Big Pharma, Software, Construction, and the Energy industry. In addition to my experience listed below, I have experience training legal AI systems to perform research and advising on improving AI performance capabilities. I develop strong relationships with colleagues to enhance the team I am a part of and possess a high degree of emotional intelligence, cultural awareness to supplement my legal capabilities. My philosophy is to advise and empower my clients to make fully-informed decisions to enable deals to get done within the appropriate level of risk. Prior to joining Axiom, I worked as a Senior Legal Counsel for Paragon Legal Group, LLC from December 2021 to April 2024.
