As a Data Analyst for Benefitfocus, I am responsible for ensuring the integrity and synchronization of the data we provide to our clients and integrated partners. Tasked with ensuring that inbound data is received and processed timely, outbound data is sent accurately and within client processing deadlines, along with tracking daily, weekly & monthly metrics.**Job responsibilities include:**- Manage EDI file schedule changes and file processing enhancements- Perform triage, root cause analysis, and corrections to data issues found during validations, reported by customers/internal teams, or exceptions reports from integrated partners- Coordinate fixes or improvements to data issues across multiple internal departments and customers- Research Data Discrepancies encountered during extraction- Execute testing on new product releases for data processing related changes

• Teaching social studies to 49 students across fifth and sixth grade.• Leading project based learning through engaging assignments that promote student accountability.• Organize field work assignments throughout the year, including service based, student choice, and outdoor themes• Leading SEL curriculum each day of the week, promoting mindfulness techniques for students.• Curate a digital curriculum through google classroom, providing student access and parental visibility.• Empowering students to reach academic goals with personalized, small in-person and virtual instruction.

•Front line interactions with 385 students in areas of math, science, technology, and engineering, from pre-k to grade 5.• Wrote and won a grant for $890 that served 109 students in STEM .• Used iReady data and progress monitoring data to help remediate tier 3 students in the areas of reading, by providing activities that address their individual focus areas.• Completed the FDRESA ESOL Endorsement Program to increase my content knowledge regarding the cultural and linguistic aspects of teaching English Language Learners, and professional & pedagogical knowledge & skills regarding teaching English Language Learners.• Created and organized a STEM night promoting school and family interactions for 385 students.• Partnered with Georgia Southern University to help provided activities for over 100 families to promote STEM.
