Consulting Engineer • Fault &Technical Support Management (Assistance Service Manager) :- • Handle all faulty cases and collaborate with customer, local supplier and internal team to fix network related issue. • Prioritize customer complaint and give first level support before escalating supplier and internal team. • Support customer on-site whenever customer required. • Responsible to check, verify and endorse all the Incident Report / RFO initiated by INOC before providing to customer. • Responsible to keep customer database such as Network Diagram / SOF / SAF / Handover Document updated for internal use. • Responsible on Fault/technical case meeting with customer’s. • Project Management :- • Support Project Manager on provisioning and service delivery • Will support to place order to internal team and local provider such Data Center and Local service provider. • Will support on-site if required for service provisioning • Responsible to perform site survey for all the new project’s that comes in and prepare report for management / PM view. • Support PM to handle project’s if P are short of hand to handle many projects. • Responsible and Ensure PM deliver service as per schedule to avoid any delay in delivering the service. • Data Center Management:- • Maintain Data Center and Customer record is in our Data Center for management and support team view. • Monthly health check on our equipment to ensure it’s in good condition • Manage all internal order between Data Center provider, customer and internal team. • Responsible to keep network equipment upgraded and able to provide quality service for all new customer. • Assist Management to prepare a plan and install new equipment such as router and switches for internal and customer use.

• Install and maintain switches and router:- • BTI 805 • BTI 821 • JUNIPER MX80 • JUNIPER MX960 • Zhone 819 OLT • ZTE Linkstar OLT • Force-10 • DCN • BTI-822 • Unifi Controller • Responsible for all cooperate circuit issue, maintain and troubleshoot when there issue arise. • Involve in network improvement such as upgrade network devices from old platform to the latest platform. • Responsible and prepare network diagram cooperate customer using visio. • Monitor customer network residential and cooperate. • Troubleshoot network related issues based on customer complaint (VLANs, OSPF, and BGP) • Assist service delivery team to pre-configure on OLT for broadband profile. • Responsible for all internal network stability maintain internal network and ensure there is no outage. • Re-engineered BGP routing (Route Maps, AS-Path prepend, MED, Local Preference) to load balance traffic across multiple ISPs links. • Administrating BGP peering with other ISPs around the world. • Manage internal network stability and maintain the connection for daily operation. • Responsible for all the IT administrator task, maintain office laptop, desktop and IP-Phone. • Monitor network performance based monitoring system, Centreon, cacti and Solar Wind.
