METRO NORTH WHITE PLAINS TRAIN STATION, WHITE PLAINS, NYI oversaw the day-to-day operations while demoing the White Plains MetroNorth train station. This entailed coordination with several agencies including the union reps, Teamsters, delegates, as well as flagmen, Train Master, and Helmar as the GC. I planned, executed, and closely monitored the master plan from taking apart the canopies to ensuring safety during removal. We autilized cranes and trucking to remove, demolish, and dispose of 40K pound slabs.PROJECT REBUILD, AS GENERAL CONTRACTOR, FAR ROCKAWAY, NY I planned, manage and coordinated the demolition of ten residential houses in Far Rockaway. The roofs had to be removed with all houses being in close proximity to inhabited homes. Due to the nature of the houses, I worked with ConEdison, NY Court Officers, NY Police officers, NationalGrid, and trucking to complete the demo and removal of each lot. This included backfilling, top soil, seeding, and securing the properties with fencing. NYC DEPARTMENT OF STATION, FLUSHING, NYAs Senior Superintendent, I worked with engineers, architects, inspectors, and my team to ensure the demolition and cleanup of a main garbage hub in five days. NEW YORK CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT, BROOKLYN, NYI supervised and coordinated the demolition of a condemned five-story attached residential building in an emergency state. I created a party wall, dug, back-filled, pressure-tested, and waterproofed the basement post demolition.

I worked with the Super to ensure man power was provided to complete all tasks in a timely manner. I was responsible for organizing and handling all aspects of blasting projects under the WTC to create tunnels and excavate all rock removal. I was responsible for notifying all workers of blasting projects and ensuring their safety and the blasting perimeter. I represented Local 29 to ensure all projects and supers had manpower each day. I worked closely with administration on onboarding new hires for Local 29, maintained time sheets and log books, provided Port Authority updates from meetings attended and ensured my crew maintained updated certifications.
