I am currently the Load Planner at Reynolds Nationwide planning the loads and coordinating the deliveries for a fleet of over 100 tanker trucks in 10 different states using the McLeod Software. In my position I act as a liaison between the company, the drivers, and the plants planning and mapping the drivers and loads to meet the needs of each plant in each state. prior to being promoted I was a lead dispatcher I was formerly employed Cartage dispatcher for Airgroup and as a as a Distribution/Warehouse/Customer Service/Scheduling Manager for Point2Point Moving. In these positions, I was responsible for the management of the freight from the reception until its shipment as well as the storage. I am also responsible for the customer interface, manage 6 distribution accounts and over 100 storage and designer accounts. I also manage the scheduling and dispatching of the 7 delivery trucks. I oversee all the processing of the freight, have my leads conduct regular cycle counts. I have written all the standard operating procedures for all my positions, and conduct regular training sessions to ensure the most efficient processes are employed.
