Develop and manage database of clients identifying trend concerns and suggest mitigation plans to Hospitality Operations Director and CEO of the casino. Acquire and retain Coeur d'Alene Casino guests by providing personal one on one ultimate guest service both inside and outside the property and increase guest trip frequency and gaming revenues with the effective use of complimentary services. Supervise approximately ten (10) team members at any given point in time on a casino property which is open three hundred sixty five (365) days a year, seven (7) days a week and twenty four (24) hours a day. Monitor and maintain documentation of all Player Development (PD) functions related to all aspects of the casino. In addition, this position is responsible to promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.

Supervised cage/vault operation while maintaining a system of controls that provide security of all assets under the department’s control. Ensured the proper utilization of equipment, material, and supplies, and implements cost saving/containment methods as approved. Interview, hire, and all cage/vault employees. • Established and maintained a system of internal controls, review the effectiveness of policies and procedures; revise when necessary.
