Successfully executed wide portfolio of job duties and responsibilities for major, full-service United Way organization while serving in #2 staff leadership position, including:(a) Major responsibilities for agency operations (e.g., finance, human resources, property management, information technology, volunteer training, etc.).(b) Planned and developed external funding through grants for the establishment of United Way community service and management support programs (e.g., Management Assistance Program, Energy Management Program, etc.) which positioned organization as a national leader in the provision of such services.(c) Successfully completed capital campaign which raised $2.9 million for agency facilities.(d) Personal annual fund-raising campaign portfolio responsibilities ranged from $250,000-$4.2 million, exceeding goals each year.(e) Responsible for planning and construction of new United Way administrative building which was completed on time and within budget.
