Within my career I have been able to gain a wealth of knowledge in multiple areas of the #Retail & #Franchise Management. Kicked of the Route to #Digitalization of a Franchise Network in Germany by establishing a #Digital Plattform to serve all needs of daily business along with in depth work on #Data analytics to offer a proper Business #Consulting by applying the key strength of superior communication within a non-change embracing environment with multiple #stakeholders & interests. Followed by having the opportunity to scale this approach into other Central European countries and concluding with successfully embracing this change into our #Equity Network in South Africa. Allways seeking and accepting the challenge, I was offered the opportunity to align the #Procurement & #CategoryManagement structure in Central Europe, leading a team of subject matter experts. With the leadership skills and experience built up to date, I am now #leading a #crossfunctional, #virtual team to #execute strategic initiatives to built the No. 1 #Automotive Service & #Mobility Network in Europe.
