Working with Executive, Stakeholder and Project teams to develop business and process continuity plans for Enterprise projects (ie: SAP banking upgrades, CRM, vendor integration). In this role, I lead a team to support projects with thorough process analysis strategies such as, such as process analysis, process workshops, tabletop exercises, reviews of critical processes, and issue management support after project delivery. Delivering reporting plans on issues and post implementation progress, I look to keep stakeholders informed of positive results. For ATB's Brightside division, I collaborated with technical and business teams to deliver Brightside's payment systems and processes. Completed the assessment of applications for MasterCards, including Small Business MasterCards, from all ATB Business Units, by balancing the customer’s needs with ATB Financial’s business goals and provide solutions and alternatives for declined applications to attempt a positive resolution while assisting branches with credit, application, policy and procedure inquiries they may have.

In this role, I was working within the call centre to adjudicate customer applications and coaching fellow team members on processes. This role also focused on finding customer solutions that met within the ATB product suite.
