Responsibilities include financial reporting, profitability enhancement, the implementation of systems and processes, maintaining banking and insurance relationships, and cultural change. Direct reports include Production, Purchasing, Quality and Accounting Managers.I have more than 20 years of public accounting experience. Dring that time I focused on assisting business owners with profitability enhancement, financing decisions, cash flow planning, succession/exit planning, business valuation (for purposes of divorce, estate and gift taxes, economic loss analysis, merger and acquisition and built in gains), litigation support, and tax planning and compliance. My clients represent a wide cross section of industries with specific emphasis on dental practices, manufacturing, construction, and real estate.
