- Program manager for the renovation of the Securities based Lending platform - a $30mm initiative involving a new vendor loan accounting system and extensive build out within the Morgan Stanley platform to support a new operating model and account structure - Program launched successfully in Q4 2015 - Additionally oversaw the program of Change across other Bank product lines as well as leading a 30 person UAT organization to ensure integrity of all Private Banking related code deployments
