- Experience installing grounding devices to lines and equipment under the direct supervision of a Journeyperson or Foreperson, which resulted in a safe equipotential zone being established. - Exposure working on steel tower transmission line on puller/tension sites, which aided in my understanding of tension stringing operations.- Demonstrated the ability to work at heights using various lift equipment on wood poles & steel towers, in adverse weather conditions, resulting in solidifying crucial skills, while becoming increasingly more proficient in climbing, and confident working aloft.- Inspected job sites, conducted job hazard analyses, and worked with others to develop a tailboard to eliminate or control hazards.

- During this time I learned how to operate various tractor types, chainsaws, and a diverse array of heavy equipment, which enabled me to increase productivity and complete tasks effectively- When working I was able to reduce downtime and increase productivity by ensuring regular equipment maintenance, by following proper operating standards to enhance safety and prevent injuries- I also provided assistance in training new employees on animal care and work procedure using clear verbal communication, to ensure work is done in an organized manner- I also was able to persevere through harsh weather when working outdoors or in power outages, by keeping the farm operational using PTO generators

- Organizing and maintaining cleanliness of workplace was a daily task for me, ensuring equipment, tools, and waste were, put away or thrown out, which upheld business standards and followed hygiene regulations- I took initiative with a positive attitude by taking on non-mandatory tasks, helping deliver lambs to sale barn, clocking longer hours during hay season, and provided much needed assistance on holidays, which helped the business increase profit margins, and relive the employers stress
