Moved to the UAE in 2018, finishing as Senior Project Engineer supporting the ADNOC ContractDuties:• Managing Projects from conception, pre-production through to completion• Generation & review of technical procedures to support offshore maintenance and lifting operations, including risk assessments, lift plans, identification/procurement of all project materials, equipment & services.• Generation of client proposals and developing CTR's to meet client contract agreements. • Liaising with both offshore and onshore client entities to coordinate & implement all planned & emergent work scopes, including onshore & offshore facility site visits.• Management and coordination of intercompany & ad-hoc personnel and equipment• Evaluating, organizing & prioritising work within overall asset/department project schedule• Management of projects to ensure that deliverables are met on time and meet the budget requirements.• Coordination of design & specialist engineering departments (Inspection, Hydraulic & Electrical)• General client support including spares procurement, coordination of in-house design, fabrication, and provide cooperation with in-house inspection, electrical, mechanical & hydraulic engineering teams.• Provide breakdown support through fault finding
