I am a regional sales manager, trainer/educator, and sales representative with a background in both the beauty/cosmetics industry as well as the outdoors industry. I have extensive experience in regional sales management, business development, and product education/teaching at the manufacturing and distribution level throughout the United States and Canada.In the beauty industry, I have worked with companies including L'Oreal, Redken, Pureology, FHI Heat, GHD, and Thermafuse as a western regional sales manager, business development manager, and product educator. In the outdoor industry, I was the owner/operator of Sierra Fly Fishers, LLC, and have worked with Ken Weibe and Associates as a sales associate and product educator representing Costa, G. Loomis, Pacific Fly Group, Boga Grip, and Spro Tackle Co. In each industry, I helped to successfully grow business and sales through both effective management and comprehensive training in product sell-through.On the side, I also have extensive experience in the fly fishing industry, specifically in guiding, sales, education, and owning a business. I have experience as a fly fishing guide at Unalakleet River Lodge and Blue Heron Lodge in Alaska, and I am a FFF Certified Fly Casting Instructor.
