Designer Life is a prominent provider in the training-to-work jobs market. As a registered training organisation (RTO) , we provide various programs designed to build student confidence and increase jobseeker's ability to gain clarity into their desired career pathway. Designer Life is also a leading vocational education and training (VET) provider, with a demonstrated track record of engaging the long-term unemployed.My role within Designer Life was multi-facetted. Starting with the business development team I worked in the business to business sale of Designer Life’s RTO/Training program. From there I moved into the call centre and special projects team leader role where I was responsible for leading a team of 5. Myself and my team were responsible for hitting sales and KPI’s within the Job Service Provider industry. This included placing an over 9000 Jobseeker caseload into the workforce, working with clients to provide scope on new roles and requirements for potential recruits, end to end monitoring for placements with 12, 26, and 52 week outcomes, and general customer service for our ongoing clientele.
