• Oversee provision of rehab services under Medicare A and hospice for 5 Medicare provider numbers covering 16 counties in NJ and PA• Directly supervise 9 rehab leaders, who in turn oversee over 200 therapists, in providing care that is appropriate, adequate, effective and efficient• Responsible for creation and operation of home rehab services under Med B• Organize and present con ed programs for rehab staff to advance staff skills in topics relevant to home rehab (Pt. Safety, Ethics, Clinical Decision Making, Cardiopulmonary Rehab, Oncology, Dementia, Pharmacology)• Insure audit preparedness for rehab services by ACHC; NJ and PA DOH.
