As a Co-owner and Bassist at Holdfast LLC, I am responsible for managing both the creative and business aspects of an alternative rock band. My role involves developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that has successfully secured funding from a technology venture capitalist. I coordinate and work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including a booking agent, band manager, investor, and producer, to craft and implement a release strategy for our upcoming albums.I oversee financial operations, including monthly expense tracking, preparing profit and loss reports, and managing tax preparations. Additionally, I analyze historical sales and expenditure data to accurately forecast future merchandise and ticket sales, ensuring the band's financial health.

Involved in the development and maintenance of RAID Storage Controllers, focusing on enhancing performance, security, and reliability. I contributed to both the Cache Engineering and Platform Engineering teams, where I led initiatives in debugging, system architecture, and process improvement.

· Implemented a PERL-based code generator that created C++ source files for a REST API to manage the RealStor Systems Array · The code generation framework enabled a consistent way to extend the REST API to support new capabilities · REST components could be automatically generated from file based meta-data · Meta-data driven approach synchronized API implementations across multiple internal APIs

· Designed and developed lab checkout system to enable easy reservation of feature development systems for testing· Coded utility scripts to maintain a Storage Array Checkout System. Features include: · Alerting engineers when reservation is complete or when system is no longer reserved · Open development interfaces for the system on the engineer’s computer

· Responsible for delivering simulator environment for web-based Array Device Management Environment· GUI Simulator used for training, sales demo, internal development, and customer use (Hewlett-Packard)
