Instructor at the University of Lethbridge, teaching a variety of Marketing courses for the Dhillon School of Business

Lead and manage the Integrated Management Experience (IME) program at the U of L. This program provides experiential learning opportunities to third year business students using a cohort model. Students work with a local non-profit leveraging their post-secondary education in a fashion which includes consulting services, marketing exposure and a project. The project generates revenue for the non-profit and since conception of the program (2000), IME students have raised over $200,000.

Instructor - teaching marketing principles to students.

This role involved managing and developing relationships with BMO's small business customers (and prospects) by applying relationship selling principles and techniques. Meeting with prospects and initiate detailed analytical research of their companies to determine market and financial needs via marketing and business plans. Promoting, marketing and selling related financial products appropriate to customer's needs. Worked as a commercial account manager with BMO for close to four years.MM AssociatesWorking part-time in the private and public sector as a business consultant. Last major project was with the international Engineering Company (SNC - Lavalin) to develop a questionnaire for Institutional Design and Capacity Building of the Department of Transportation of Lagos State in Nigeria. The project also required the analysis of data and preparation of a report for the World Bank. Minor projects include marketing consultation work with Daytona Homes (Edmonton) and Victory Nickel (feasibility analysis - economic impact).Consulting jobs in Lethbridge have involved numerous marketing activities from developing marketing plans, direct marketing campaigns, telemarketing campaigns, questionnaires, and marketing research to the viability of potential businesses in the Lethbridge area.
