CPA - Certified Public Accountant.I've served as the Chief Financial Officer / Corporate Controller for Castle Lanterra Properties and its affiliate/subsidiary entities since the company’s inception and am responsible for oversight of all aspects of financial reporting, tracking equity contributions and returns, optimizing and filing tax returns, and financial risk management. Prior to joining Castle Lanterra Properties, I was a department manager for Marks Paneth, LLP–a New York real estate accounting and consulting firm–where he serviced commercial, multi-family residential, hospitality and real estate development clients including REITs, investment funds, private equity firms, and private ownership groups. I specialized in financial analysis, including revenue and cost analyses and financial due diligence, including revenue maximization initiatives for landlords. Previously, I worked at a Philadelphia-based boutique real estate consultancy, where he concentrated on financial reporting for multi-family and public housing owners and the development of financial reporting and internal control systems for multi-family portfolios and public housing agencies. I attended l’École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, where I received an Masters in Business Administration. I additionally holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Sigmund Weis School of Business of Susquehanna University.
