Michael is a Senior Manager within Operate, the delivery and execution arm of PwC.In his current role as an Operations Manager for the Change team he is helping to drive and shape the growth of the business and its people, leveraging his own experiences and learnings from challenging engagements.Since joining the firm in March 2015, Michael’s main area of experience has been within the financial services sector. Specialising in programme and change management across large-scale regulatory and transformation projects with engagements including: a large technology implementation project, post merger integration programmes and a transaction reporting remediation programme for a tier 1 investment bank. Working across the UK and internationally, Michael has a diverse range of delivery experience supporting high profile clients and C-suite executives. On his proudest engagement, Michael worked on the successful delivery of the largest banking merger in the Middle East. A single migration event to merge two legacy banking platforms over a weekend to form one of the world's largest financial institutions mentioned below in the firm’s annual report.
