Global Network Finance - In Q3 2021, finance leadership determined a on-going need to support our finance network with multiple locations struggling with leadership attrition. My role was created to jump into priority locations to stabilize financial processes and enhance business partnerships.Scope of the work is dynamic and based on the maturity of the site and teams, but overall I am viewed as the interim site finance lead responsible for overseeing all facets of cost accounting and finances at the various locations.

Overall functional finance support for the Quality organization, function represent 1600+ HC across 50+ manufacturing locations. Created and rolled out numerous reporting enhancements driving better financial accountability and decision making.Instituted monthly "flash calls" specific to Quality regions to drive business partner's accountable to their finances.Through a focus on implementing a finance accountable culture, the Quality function finished 2020-2021 at $23m favorable to budget over my 2 years of partnership

Spine Franchise manufacturing represents $260m+ COGS business with product sourced by 3 MFG locations. Responsible for the consolidation of monthly results, including presenting performance to budget and Projection. Interprets, communicate, and challenge results to site leadership and overall Spine leadership.

Primarily point of contact for directing and coordinating all manufacturing financial requirements for Stryker's M&A activities across all nine commercial divisions.M&A support has led to over $1.5B of acquisitions.Established the MFG cost accounting playbook and repeatable cost modeling approach for better and consistent deal diligence and hand-off for integrations across all divisions.Established a credible “seat” at the table with the commercial divisions changing the perception and influence of manufacturing in business development organization.

The items below focus on the final two years as site lead:Oversaw all facets of cost accounting and finances for Mahwah manufacturing location. Site products represent more than $1.2B in annual revenue and $300M in costs of goods sold. 750 full-time and temporary employees; $130M in profit and loss (P&L); $150M in gross inventory.Worked directly as a member of the site leadership team in formulating and imposing strategic direction in all facets of plant operations.Directed a team composed of two finance managers, two analysts, and a consultant.During Mahwah plant tenure represented successful approval of over $20M in capital investments and over $30M in cumulative cost reduction.
