• Receive assigned new projects from the Resourcing Manager in order to start the coordination process to fulfill the new project requirements.• Meet with the new project stake holders to collect the required information about the project, total number of vacancies and agree on vacancies deadlines (project staff schedules).ter.• Collect information and understand properly the main job requirements in order to screen the right caliber in accordance with the organization role profiles.• Start searching for the suitable caliber on the external web sites such as LinkedIn, Bayt, Gulf Talent,….• Nominate the candidate to the hiring manager and if accepted, start the HR interview and then the technical interview with the requester.• Recruited engineers (Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical and IT) and non-engineers from Junior to Managerial levels for all construction Projects and departments in Egypt and International, including (commercial building, industrial, power plant, residential, Metro, airports).• If the candidate passed the interviews(Technical Interview - HR Interview (Competences Biased)) Interview , after that we start the hiring and on boarding process. • Follow up on a regular basis with the Recruitment team members to collect the progress updates in order to insure the fulfillment of the project requirements.• Present weekly, monthly and quarterly reports-dashboard for the Headcount status to Senior Management and Business side.• Present monthly & quarterly turnover analysis to the business side, top Management.• Present quarterly Gap analysis to the business side, top Management.• Update the recruitment/Manpower planning forms.• Conduct Exit interviews for the resigned employees in order to analyze the resignation reasons and retain the good performing calibers.• Monitor the allocated budgeted cost versus actual cost of people resources in all OC’s projects.

• Revising and updating policies and procedures, newcomer orientation, collect leave applications and update leave balance, assisting in recruitment process, maintaining employees' documents.• Coordinating with Operations on selecting the applicants.• Ensure people hiring, on-boarding, salary payments, giving feedback and developing in a timely fashion.• Facilitates a positive, productive and safe work environment at all levels in the organization...an exciting and rewarding place to work.• Design & Support training needs for all levels.• Preparing organization charts in coordination with the project management.• Ensure effectiveness of recruitment database.• Supervise and manage the HR team on site.• Ensures the implementation of all other affiliated HR functions (medical insurance, bank accounts, life insurance, and social insurance).
