- Perform hydrology calculations to determine storm water volumes and flow rates and conduct hydraulic analysis to ensure site drainage facilities are sufficiently sized for conveyance.- Design storm water management BMPs and implement Low Impact Development (LID) strategies.- Prepare technical documents including hydrology reports, water quality management plans (WQMP), water/sewer impact reports, and engineering cost estimates.- Develop Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and process with the State Waterboard.- Coordinate, review, and process construction plans including grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans with public and private agencies.- Address RFIs and ensure proper coordination with the architect, MEP, and other disciplines of the project team.- Conduct field inspections to verify grading and drainage compliance with approved site plans.
