Managing Accounts

Key Responsibility Areas.Account Manager-Kenya Operations To take end‐to‐end ownership of the product line, identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap. Responsible for account management and sales with the existing and new accounts (Telecom Operators) Developing and Maintaining core relationships with Networks. Revenue generation from the customers at operator level, achieve targeted business growth numbers Content Alliance – Regional Content. Planning and Executing New Business opportunities and Roll Outs. Up‐selling of services and replicating services which have been doing well in other operators Ensuring efficient delivery of services including management of operator resources Perform day‐to‐day account management activities like timely collection of payments, managing escalations Work closely with the Engineering team, User design, operations and other functional domain teams

Network Support & administration (LAN,WAN) installation of router, switches, patch panel.Hardware maintenance (computers and printers) intra net and updates.Telephones – PABX installation & troubleshooting.Cctv installation, access control, alarm & troubleshooting
