I am a Resident Doctor undertaking my training in Obstetrics and Gynecology, a Masters of Medicine course at The Aga Khan University Hospital.I have previously worked as a Medical Officer at Kyeni Level 5 Hospital and Karatina Subcounty Hospital.I have held different leadership roles including Secretary General and Congress Representative at the Aga Khan University Students Association, Chief Resident, Intern Representative and Class representative for my undergraduate class.I also hold certificate courses in Project Management, Leadership and Management and Global Mental Health, all from the University of Washington.I am an advocate of safe maternal and child health as well as Global Equitable access to Health.I am passionate about advancing women's health and providing compassionate care.I believe that strong leadership is essential for driving systemic improvements and delivering high-quality patient care.I am eager to leverage my expertise in Obstetrics and Gynecology, along with my leadership experience, to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions and foster supportive environments for both patients and healthcare professionals.
