I am a 21st Century Professional Educator. I facilitate learning guided by the philosophy and belief that each learner has their unique way to achieve their goals. I view my role as that of guiding my students to realize their potentials, appreciate their space in the (global) society, set their goals and set out to achieve them intrisically motivated. I Believe in professional social relataionships. Only then, we are able to learn freely from each other. This is a key requirement in the 21st century! The shift from former 3Rs ( Reading, Writing, Arithmetics) to modern 3Rs ( Relationships, Responsibility, Respect)
