-Provide age appropriate activities to K-5th grade students-Create engaging lessons with an emphasis on teambuilding and sportsmanship-Encourage the importance of physical activity and proper eating habits to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

-Create dynamic lessons for ESL students between the ages of 11-17-Prepare PET and CAE students for the Cambridge English Exams-Teach adult students fundamental English principles to be used in their place of work

-Teach ESL students between the ages 6-12 phonics, reading, writing, and grammar. -Develop and scaffold lessons appropriate for their age and English proficiency level-Communicate student progress to parents on a regular basis

-Teach high school business courses which include: finance, business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and introduction to business-Develop lesson plans with creative and interactive assignments that fit the Common Core curriculum -Use differentiation strategies to allow every student to grow and learn at their own pace

-Teach 10th grade ESL students business management knowledge and skills-Create lesson plans with formative and summative assessments based on the IB curriculum -Implement effective classroom management strategies

-Assist both wholesale and retail customers with their paint supply needs -Communicate effectively to ensure excellent customer service-Maintain an organized workplace environment
