As a School Resource Officer (SRO) my role is to maintain a safe school environment by building positive relationships with students and staff, enforcing laws on school grounds, addressing security concerns, providing counseling and guidance, and sometimes teaching classes on safety and law-related topics. I always aim to foster a positive connection between law enforcement and the school community, and I put in the work to ensure these relationships stand the test of time.

Conducts comprehensive background investigations for employment hiring processes.

As one of the founding members of the departmental honor guard, I've been active on the team since 2016. In 2022 I was selected as the commander of the unit. Together, the members of the unit have grown it to be one of the premiere honor guard units in the area.

As the department's 1st ever liaison officer, I pioneered the role into it's constantly evolving state. A problem solver role at its core, the liaison assignment was a perfect match for my intuitive mindset.

The St. Charles County Regional Crisis Negotiation Team works in parallel with the St. Charles County Regional SWAT Team and its mission is to preserve life during critical incidents in a way that minimizes harm. The 4 E© program provides instruction to civilian public on response to active killer situations. Participants receive instruction on the 4E© core principles: Educate, Evade, Escape and Engage.

MORCA was a Non-Profit statewide information sharing effort, consisting of law enforcement officers, and managers, loss prevention officers, and asset protection professionals from retail establishments across the state of Missouri. Additionally, the association provided training, daily bulletins, and investigative assistance to it’s members.
