    Until relocating out of state I was the parts manager, and dealer management system admin, at a well respected Mitsubishi dealership. I was Triple Diamond Certified and a winner of Diamond Quality Manager awards year after year. I controlled just under $200k in inventory, having reduced that from approximately $300k without effect on off the shelf fill rate. I personally streamlined or automated many of our procedures, allowing us to operate with significantly less staff. When it was time to implement a new dealer management system I was made an administrator and was leaned on heavily for the setup in the back end of both of our stores. Many of the new procedures for running day to day operations for both locations were implemented by me personally. I am continuously finding ways to increase profit by increasing sales and reducing expenses.
