Responsible for seating program launches on the GMT800 and GMX272 Platforms. Also involved in Lear's Strategic Planning Group which included new technology growth and product/customer diversification. Managed Chrysler seating for the HB/HG and ND/NM programs, along with the HB/HG overheads for two years. Launched Lear's Common Rear Structure for major programs with Chrysler(WK/WD) and Mercedes(W166/X166), which launched 2010 CY through 2012 CY Launched structures programs with Daimler on BR463 and BR167 2014 CY through 2018 CY, as well as the lead on cost reduction activity for maintenance programs. . Launched the 2RW structure for WL74 (Jeep Grand Cherokee 5 pass) in 2021 CY with Stellantis. Currently working on maintenance programs for WL74/WD structures and MP (Jeep Compass) structures/seating/trim. Also involved with advanced quote activity for Stellantis programs.

Responsible for creating an Engineering Specs Group at Lear's GM Truck Division. This included establishing and maintaining an Engineering Change Control process. Other responsibilites included managing all prototype build activity for the GMT800 MCE program.

Manage the launch of seating programs for the GMT880 Crew Cab and the Model Year changeover on the GMT800 Pick Up/Extended Cabs. Leader of a program team while utilizing the APQP process. Responsible for cost margins and timing. Main customer contact for all program activity.

Negotiate pricing and tooling for engineering changes on the GMT800 seating program. Responsible for competitively sourcing prototype work. Assist Program Management on timing issues and implementation of cost savings.

Responsible for designing, validating, and implementing engineering changes on the GM C/K full-size truck seating and interior program. Supervise CAD designer to complete designs and perform tolerance stack-ups. Coordinate design and timing for projects.Work with Quality and Production departments at the Rochester Hills plant to improve process and quality of the seating systems. Coordinate all engineering trial runs. Attend progress meetings at the customer (GM) plant to oversee the continuous improvement of the product.

Utilize communication skills to interact with the Engineering, Sales, and Purchasing groups. Extensive use of the computer to maintain and update program activity. Integral member of the Program Management team. Took an active part in program launches at two separate manufacturing facilities.
