In 2007, Mr. Malatin sold the company to ABM Industries (NYSE: ABM). He had taken HPSA to 310 hospitals in 34 states with over 7,000 employees coast to coast, with revenues in excess of $50 Million. Based on his passion for service excellence and recognizing that a similar need existed outside of healthcare, Mr. Malatin decided to take on the challenge once again, this time to impact a new industry: Auto Dealership Logistics and Valet Services. In 2012, he founded Pinnacle Automotive Hospitality to innovate and raise the bar on how auto dealerships should receive their customers upon arrival to their service appointments. His mission elevated the service standards of the automotive dealership industry nationwide to an entirely new level with valet parking and porter services that even reached national awareness in new car sales advertising. In 2017, Camden Partners acquired Pinnacle which had grown to over $100 Million in revenues. Today, his legacy project has sparked a deep passion for exceptional guest service at the highest level.
