Responsible for all financial and commercial, quarterly forecasting capital/revenue, Technical and statutory compliance.Moved to St Bartholomew hospital in 2010 to manage delivery of , all hard services to phase one of the newly built £200 million Cancer centre, which is a nine story extension to Britons oldest hospital, Ensuring a smooth interface of infrastructure and utilities between old and new buildings..Duties:Financially responsible for site budget, All H&S, internal / external Environmental compliance, Alignment of Trust/Skanska policies, delivery of Project execution plan , Ensuring latest Health technical Memorandums adhered to, regular client / stakeholder liaisonsEnsuring all 39 staff are appropriately trained, motivated and equipped to provide a premium service..Regular meeting with staff and unite union representatives. Staff personal development plans, managing training & succession plans.Perusing new business opportunities whilst improving on incumbent service deliverables. which hold various unique challenges.
