Manage and lead a team of 16 trainers across 4 geographically split operation contact centres to develop and deliver an in-house learning and development functionality to independent RBS consumer brands by:•Conducting needs analysis and devising comprehensive training packages in conjunction with centre and divisional leadership while evaluating training and development programmes to suit business needs and the needs of the individual agents•Identifying training and development needs within the organisation through job analysis, appraisals and regular consultations with managers, HR and business led project teams •Delivering cost effective training programmes, keeping within budget, whilst maximising return on investment for the business•Change lead on all business led projects (business as usual and regulatory) interpreting impact of change and developing just in time training and procedural updates. i.e. Design and development of system change training materials to support 1400 customer facing staff in the integration of 5 historic systems onto 1 multi branded processing application working within time and cost levels within wider business regulatory change project•Provide support to the Regional Sales and Service Centre Managers while interacting with subject matter experts from within the business to keep abreast of individual agent needs
