Responsibilities Include:- Develop a successful comprehensive reimbursement plan across all key payer segments that insures prompt reimbursement at launch and beyond- Develop a pricing and contracting strategy for all key customer segments.- Coordinate with sales to design and execute reimbursement and payer strategy across all in house and field personnel segments.- Develop and coordinate Patient Financial Assistance Program to ensure financial access to Cxbladder- Develop and coordinate billing SOPs with 3rd party billing organizations- Effectively utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to manage accounts, activities, and results

Northeast

Responsible for the development and implementation of managed markets strategies to gain access to and successfully manage Private Payers, IDN (Integrated Delivery Network) and State Medicaid accounts. Reporting to Director of Reimbursement, the Director, National Accounts works with medical affairs, sales, marketing, laboratory operations and other applicable company personnel to secure contracts for Sequenom tests to maximize company sales.

• Responsible for obtaining favorable medical policies from national health plans for Prometheus’ diagnostic services and negotiating profitable contracts for both diagnostics and pharmaceuticals.• Analyze regional sales data and design tools for each TSS to analyze their territory to maximize sales.• Responsible for educating TSS/accounts on region specific health policies and approval procedures to increase pull through and increase percentage reimbursement on diagnostic services.

• Responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts in my mature 21-state territory by building customer relations, delivering effective sales presentations, and negotiating profitable contracts with purchasing directors, facility administrators, hospital executives, and nephrologists.• Successfully generated new accounts previously unattainable using creative ideas and understanding the goals/needs of the hemodialysis facilities.• Exceeded annual sales goal by more than 55% in my first year due to my willingness to learn a new industry, proficient time management, and energetic work ethics.
